Crossover Disc Golf presents "Cheryl's Choice 2024 - WGE" on 5/18/2024 at Millikin in Hamilton, Ohio.
We've had a Cheryl's Choice in the past few years, and it has also been a coed event with her picking the layout. We shifted to a women's only event the past 2 years, and the reality is we just don't have the volume of ladies in the Greater Cincinnati area that play PDGA events. Which is fine. We are working on some ideas to help get more ladies on the courses. This year we are going to switch back to both male and female divisions.
For the women who play, this event will still be part of the Women's Global Event. The PDGA will pay $10 non-PDGA fee for all women who do not have a PDGA #.
This tournament will be a 2 round shotgun start, starting at 9a. It is a PDGA C-Tier.
The cost is $30 for all divisions.
There will be a players back to be detailed out very soon.
The layout we will play will be "Cheryl's Choice". Both rounds will be a mix of the normal holes at Millikin, with some having temp tees per Cheryl. We will have the layout ready at least a week out for people to see as needed.
Open players will receive cash via PayPal, and all AM's will compete for Crossover Cash which they can exchange for disc golf merchandise.
There needs to be at least 3 in a division, unless other wise approved by the TD's.
An email will be sent out to all players at least 2 days prior to the event.
