REGISTRATION FOR THE SUNDAY CRISTIAN KORTE MEMORIAL EVENT
- Players register as General Admission - lunch provided, $10 credit toward commemorative disc, 1 entry toward prize drawing included - add extras as desired.
due to Covid-19 supply issues, only the 1st 80 paid registrants for the 1-day & 2-day events combined will be guaranteed a CKM13 logo disc at the event. A second order will be placed for additional discs and your vouchers will be honored when we are resupplied.
This is a FUNdraiser for the Cristian Korte Memorial Swim Fund. Your entire $25.00 entry fee will be used to cover event expenses & provide financial support to 4 corners area families enrolling their children in certified swim programs.
When you check-in, you will receive a list of options for "competitive play"
You can play all 18 holes, the "wooded 9", the "pasture 9" or the "chefs choice" of holes & record your score for competition. You can just play all the holes that have a CTP (closest drive to the pin) competition on them and ignore the rest. Play with a group, play with a mob - but you need at least 2 witnesses for all CTP entries - just come on out and have fun!
- $5.00 ACE pool available all weekend
- $15.00 T-shirts must be reserved by 11pm 8/31/2021
- $50.00 Hole Sponsorships must be reserved by 11pm 9/7/2021

Cristian Korte Memorial Swim Fund is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds will be available if CKM13 is cancelled, or if we must postpone and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, or if you or any member of your immediate household are sick, or if you have a family emergency.
If you have a better offer somewhere else this weekend, we thank you for your generous donation to this wonderful cause.
