About this tournament
Creekside Open XIX Pro Weekend will be held in memory of our friend Heather Gerlach. She was such a bright and happy influence to all around her, and her loss is felt by all who knew her.
Heather ran the Roots side of the Creekside Open last year. On Nov. 7th she passed away after a long battle with health issues. In honor of her Creekside Open will be Wonder Woman themed.
One change is that it will be three rounds instead of four. Two round will be played on Saturday and one final round on Sunday. The layout will change between Sat and Sunday to allow our traveling participants an earlier start to get home. You can expect brutal course layouts. This is a huge tournament, and I love the idea of truly testing my skills in a tournament. It'll be a blast!
Please note there will be a $10 fee for canceling your registration, meaning I will refund all but $10 of your registration, up till the close of registration, at which time there will not be a refund. Issuing refunds is one of the most annoying thing for a TD to deal with in the week leading up to a tournament.
Finally, I want to thank all our volunteers and help. A tournament simply can't function without many hands helping, so thank you one and all. If you wish to volunteer for the Amateur weekend, please contact me or Brittany Smith.
