Cracked Plastic Classic - Sat - 2021

Obviously big changes! Unfortunately, we are not able to be at Coldbrook Park this year. We hope that everyone will like the switch to Spring Valley Park. We are sure that it will offer many of the same challenges and experiences that people have had playing at Coldbrook over the years. We promise a great run event, awesome player's packages, CTP's and other prizes, our awesome Cracked Plastic trophies, and fun on a great course!

Another big switch is that we are not planning on providing lunch this year. With all of the Covid concerns we feel that it will be the safest thing for us to do. Fortunately, being at Spring Valley, we will be close to many different restaurants and fast foods. We do highly recommend that you do come prepared with your own lunch. There is little daylight at this time of year and the time between rounds could be short.

Another bonus is that Spring Valley has both long and short tees. The tee assignments are as follows:

MP40+ - short/long
MA1 - long/long
MA3 - short/short
MA50+ - short/short
MA60+ - short/short
Juniors - short/short

This is an MDGO Featured Event and does have lots of MDGO berths available for the MDGO Amateur State Championships in Ludington, MI Labor Day weekend.

K'Aces Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

A 100% refund is available until the tournament reaches full capacity and is within one week of the event. After which 100% refund is dependent on filling the vacant spot. If spot does not fill, 50% of the entry fee will be forfeit.

Refunds requested within 24 hours of the event starting are subject to 50% of the entry fee being forfeited if the vacant spot can be filled. Otherwise 100% of the entry fee is forfeit if the spot does not fill. Players forfeiting their entry fee are entitled to their player's package but must request package and provide address to be shipped to. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.

Ace Pool, 50/50, and PDGA non-member fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of refund request, unless player "No shows".

A "No show" is someone that does not inform the tournament that they will not be coming by the first round tee. "No shows" forfeit all monies, but can claim player's package. They must request package and provide shipping info. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.

It is not the tournament or tournament staff's responsibility to communicate or get players their refunds or player's packages unless they are requested by the player.
