Refund policy
Tournament Director is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Per PDGA Competition Manual, section 1.03, withdrawals get refund minus a $10 handling fee. Withdrawals after registration closes forfeit their entry fee.
Waitlisters who don't get in receive entire entry back (minus paypal fees).
