PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Event

This is a one day 2 round tournament with tee times starting at 7:30am. This is of utmost importance to follow these directions completely and thoroughly in order to give and receive the best experience possible for you and your fellow competitors.

--We will be assigning groups of 5. This will be your group for both rounds, there will not be a re-ordering for the second round!!
-- Please don't arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your tee time. We suggest warming up at a practice field at nearby Estero High School or Three Oaks Park 8 minutes away.
--Tee times will be posted the Thursday before the tournament. AM divisions will start earliest, then Pro.
--Tee times will start at 730am with the next group teeing off at 7:40am and following 10 minute increments until 18 groups have teed off by 10:30am.
--When the first group completes their first round around 10-10:15 they will come in, grab their provided lunch and rest until their next tee time which will be at 11:15pm. Each following group will do the same and tee off in 10 minute increments
--Scores will be done with the PDGA scoring link to complete and organize results quickly and easily.
--During the second round Organizers will be Waffling off through a video all the waffles. If you have won a prize, we will disperse it to you to take with you after completion of second round.
--Trophies will be given out at the completion of the last card in each division, so there will not be much wait for that if you qualify for one.
--If you paid in the CTP at registration. CTPs will be separated by division with everyone playing their CTP as hole 18 Round 1. This will facilitate easy pick up and claim your prize on your way out by the end of round 2.
--Prize money will be sent through an electronic method such as GPay or Paypal.
After the final Pro Group finishes, all prizes, waffles, ctps will have been already dispersed and Organizers will remain for final clean up.

Recreation /Junior: Trophy only

All players requesting to withdraw from this event before 10/10/20 will receive refund minus up to a $3 handling fee.
All withdraws on or after 10/11/20:
Amateur divisions, TD choice 25% cash refund or player’s pack. (player must pick up at event or pay shipping)
Pro division: 25% cash refund.
