About this tournament

Welcome to the 2025 Backpacks & Birdies event. Our goal is to donated plenty of backpacks and school supplies for the kids. Over the years this event has been really successful and we hope to continue the tradition.
Jammer and I will be going to Carolina Forest to help give out backpacks to the community with Horry County Parks and Recreation leading the way. This will help ensure our kids have the supplies needed to be successful for the school year. And with your help we can make sure no kid is left without.
***Reminder you can stop by Squirrels Nest Gaming in Conway to drop off backpacks or school supplies if you can’t make the event date.
Please read below for the event information:
PDGA XC-Tier
2 Rounds (1) Round at each course.
Round 1 at The Boneyard DGC
Round 2 at Sherwood Forest Park DGC (9 Hole Layout played twice.)
We ask that each player bring a “backpack” or school supplies as part of their registration. The $40 entry per team will help with fees and the remaining after all dues paid will be donated to get more school supplies.
Player Packs - each player on the team will get to pick out a disc. I’ll bring a good amount from the shop. And if you get a chance please stop by Squirrels Nest Gaming to check out all the new inventory.
Trophies - each division with more than “3” teams will receive a trophy.
