Epic Rounds proudly presents the inaugural Conquer the Hill, a disc golf tournament created to identify ContendERs for Team Epic 2026. This event is open to all ContendERs, regardless of PDGA status or rating. Whether you’re looking to showcase your competitive edge or simply enjoy a fun challenge, this is your chance to take on Signal Hill and show why you belong on Team Epic.

ContendERs are competing for spots on Team Epic in the following categories,
> ThrowER - Frequently competes in tournaments (local, regional, and potentially touring)
> DiscER - Recreational player. Occasionally competes in tournaments, but more about having fun.
> BoostER - All of your throws are on social media and people know you play disc golf.
> PathfindER - Those just beginning in disc golf and those that have been playing for decades may find themselves here. The fun, health, and community are why you play.

This is not a PDGA-sanctioned event. ContendERs are asked for their PDGA rating/division for comparison only. We are looking for ContendERs of all skill levels and backgrounds. The focus is on performance, attitude, and community fit—not just ratings.

Format
-One round, 18 holes
-Shotgun start
-Randomized cards
-Each ContendER may request one (and only one) cardmate, but the request must be mutual during registration.
-No divisions.

ContendER’s Pack
-ContendER’s pack value and contents are currently being finalized.
Expected items include:
-Custom Conquer the Hill event shirt ($25 value)
-Custom Conquer the Hill disc
-Epic Rounds Bag Tag ($25+ value)
-Tag numbers will be assigned based on raw score
-Each tag gives the holder 10% off during 2026 at Epic Rounds
-tag must be presented at time of purchase to receive discount
-some exclusions apply

Included Challenges
-Three CTPs
-Ace Bounty on Hole #7
-Distance challenge (after your round is completed)

Extra Challenges
-Expanded CTP ($5 Buy-In)
Adds multiple additional CTP chances across various holes.
-Ace Pool ($5 Buy-In)
Total pot pays out to any ace(s), and Epic Rounds will match the pot in store credit.

After the tournament ends, Epic Rounds will make a decision on ContendERs within 1 week. We are not putting out a hard number of spots we will fill. The number will depend on who registers and competes. We are looking for all types of WinnERs to represent Epic Rounds. All ContendERs that receive a spot on Team Epic will receive the following benefits,
-1 free team jersey per year, plus additional jerseys at cost
-25% storewide discount (with certain exclusions)
-Access to team-only coaching/training days
-Free or discounted use of store-owned training aids
-Opportunities for performance-based rewards (varies by division)
-Reserved spot in next year's Conquer the Hill tournament
All Team Epic members are expected meet the following conduct and eligibility requirements.
-Must wear a team jersey at all tournaments
Multi-day tournaments need only the first or last day of the event. Other days you can wear other "ER" branded merch.
-Must uphold sportspersonship and represent Epic Rounds professionally
-Cannot be sponsored by or play for a direct competitor of Epic Rounds
-May maintain sponsorships from non-retail companies (disc manufacturers, apparel, food/beverage, etc.)
-Volunteering at tournaments (Epic Rounds or not) may count toward member requirements
-All social content (where applicable) must remain family-friendly

Epic Rounds is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
You can request a full refund, minus any transaction fees that we can't control, up to three weeks before the event. Once items for the ContendER's pack are ordered you may request a 50% refund(forfeiting all contents of the ContendER's pack) or transfer the registration to another person(no change to shirt size) at no charge.
