About this tournament
This event will be kicking off the Collegiate Disc Golf season for the Mid American Conference!
The event will take place on October 22nd at Peter Pan Park in Emporia Kansas. Registration and Check-In will be from 8:30-9:30 under the pavilion directly followed by the players meetings. The first round of individual play is set to start at 10:00 a.m. with the team round tentatively starting at 2:00.
At the end of the event we will have and award ceremony with trophies for the top two Men's and Women's teams, along with individual awards for the top three individual players from both divisions. All players will also receive a disc as part of the player pack.
Final details including detailed maps, pin locations, trophy and discs designs, and more will be uploaded in the next few days!

Refund policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their player pack, but no refund.
If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event start, they will forfeit their entry fee for the event. We will give no player’s packages to non-competitors instead of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
