About this tournament

Shot gun start 2 rounds of 18 holes.

Round 1: All divisions on short layout.
Round 2: MPO/MP40/MA1 on long layout. All other divisions on short layout.

Player Meeting/Tournament Central A small path through the woods near hole 1 will lead you to Tourney Central. Look for the DGVT van. We will have a Players meeting outside the van in the morning at 9am. All players must be present.

Camping will be offered on site. Sign up when registering for the event.

Trophies for divisions of 2 or more players registered by June 24th. Custom mini wood trophies for qualified division winners.

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event. $500 added cash to the Pro purse.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit to the DGVT Pro Shop. Credit must be redeemed by Dec.31.2026. Payouts will be posted here on the event dgscene page within 48 hours of completion of the tournament ( look in the Results section).

Lunch Bring your own lunch. We will take a short break for lunch and you will not have time to leave the area to go and grab food.

Acepot We will have an optional $5 acepot day of cash only. If no aces are hit we will do a throw off for the acepot before Awards.

Event Fee $10 per player.

PDGA Live Scoring: This is how each group will keep score. All players need to click on the link below to become familiar with PDGA Live Scoring. Download the ap " PDGA Live" on your personal device and be prepared ahead of time.

Each player is responsible for submitting a scorecard or they will be penalized. If you submit your scorecard and your score is incorrect you will be penalized - so make sure your score is correct. PDGA Live Scoring Code: will be given at check-in.

PDGA Live Scoring is the OFFICIAL scorecard of the event and each player needs to check in after the round to make sure that all players scorecards have been received by the TD's. If you are keeping a paper card you must write your full name on the top of the card so that we know you have submitted your scorecard.

ALL PDGA rules apply.

NO Division changes or refunds after registration closes.

Refund policy

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Early registration $20 is non-refundable. PDGA refund policy will be followed. A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.

Summary:
100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event date.
50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior to the event date.
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior to the event date.
No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.

Two ways to withdraw: There is a "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. You can also click the "Registered Players" link in the event, where you will find an "Edit" and "Withdraw" button.
