About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Thank you for your interest in the ODC's 3rd annual Christmas Cup. We are excited to be utilizing a best throw doubles event at Central Ohio's 2 most iconic courses.
Both rounds will be 19 holes, Hoover will utilize holes A, B & I in place of holes 5 & 6. Pros & MA1 will play from the longs. Blendon only has 1 set of tees, we will utilize a putting basket as the 19th hole.
Out of bounds @ Hoover will be private property, roads & beyond, the path & beyond on 9, there will be a Mando on I & the drainage stones & beyond on hole 2 will play as a hazard (take a stroke but throw from where you land if you are on the hill or in the stones).
Tournament HQ will be at Hoover. Player's pack will include 2 discs from Discraft, a base or jawbreaker mold with the grinch artwork as well as a full color Buzzz with the Macho/Hogan artwork.
Group 1 (MPO, MA1 & MA4) will have a 10 am shotgun start @ Hoover (registration from 8:30-9:30) & Group 2 (MA 2 & MA 3) will start @ Blendon @ 10:30 am (registration from 9-10).
We will once again be raising funds for the Atkins Family Charities, feel free to help us with donations for the event & sponsorships in any form offered. The fundraising XC Tier allows participants to play even if they don’t have a PDGA membership.
We will also be collecting Toys For Tots, please consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy or gift certificate with you to the event.
