***If you plan to withdraw as a result of the tournament date being moved, please do so by 11:59pm on Monday December 11. You will receive a full refund. An email was sent out to all players that were registered at that particular time. After this time, I will follow PDGA guidelines, section 1.3 "Withdrawals and Refunds" in the competition manual.
Due to the recent chaos, each participant will be entered into the drawing for the basket.
EARLY check-in is at Printer's Ale Friday 12/15 starting at 6pm. It is a family friendly place, so all are welcome. However, you must be 21 to drink. We will have some putting games and putting competitions as well. The tourney discs are a variety of colors and models, so first come first served.
Each player will receive a tournament stamped disc, a mini, microfiber disc golf towel, scoring pencil, sticker, and an event bag.
The added cash will be divided by percentages of each division. For example, if 55% of the field is in the advanced division, 55% of $500 will go toward payout (merchandise) in that division. Top 40% of each division will be paid.
MA1 & MM1 Rd 1 Gold/Orange Rd. 2 Blue/Green
MG1, MA2, FA1, FM2 Rd 1 White/Orange Rd. 2 White/Green
MA3, FA2, FA3, JRs Rd 1 Red/Orange Rd. 2 Red/Green
MS1 Rd 1 Red/Orange Rd. 2 White/Green
We need 3 people to start a new division. If your division is not currently listed, shoot me a message and it will be added promptly.
$5 non-refundable fee added to the wait list. Fee will go toward entry if you get in.
All withdrawals for follow PDGA rules regarding refunds. Please see section 1.3 "Withdrawals and Refunds" in the PDGA competition manual for disc golf events.
HOTEL DISCOUNTS- Super 8 in Carrollton and Microtel Inn in Bremen both will offer a 20% discount. Go to https://www.pdga.com/members/benefits and click on the "webpage" tab under the Wyndham Group. Search for either Bremen or Carrollton, both drives will be about the same amount of time to the course. Bremen is a bit further, with far less traffic lights. Follow the prompts for booking the room. Following the instructions above will automatically apply a 20% discount. (Both drives are about 10 minutes).
