Chilly Chains is back!
For the third year, Chilly Chains Challenge is a fall/winter series of events on Kamloops courses. This event is a low-cost event meant to keep players competitive and working on their ratings over the winter months; it is a sanctioned PDGA C tier. Non-members will be charged a $15 non-PDGA member fee in lieu of membership. Women and Juniors will not be charged this fee. If you don't yet have your PDGA Membership for 2025, join the Kamloops Disc Golf Club to get a $5 discount with your affiliate code from the club!
This event cost covers your pass through fees and nothing else. There are no trophies and no player's packs. There will be a small collectible item and you will earn series points in each event you play.
Chilly Chains Challenge Three will be held at Westsyde Centennial Disc Golf Course. This event is volunteer run and follows PDGA and City Park ByLaws. All PDGA rules apply.
There will be 2 layouts in play for two laps of the 9 hole course. The tentative plan is MPO, MA1, MA40, - alt layout for hole 1/10, all others regular layout.
Player Check in after 8:45am.
Player meeting at 9am
Shotgun Start at 9:20am.
Lunch
Second Round Start at 12pm
Short Congratulatory Ceremony: after the 2nd round and any needed playoffs (sudden death on holes 1, 2, 3 repeating) complete.
Sunset: 4:17pm
Times are subject to change but all registered players will be kept informed.
