THE GENERAL DIVISION IS RESERVED FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR BUT ARE NOT PLAYING
PLAYERS, EVENT STAFF, AND VENDORS WILL BE ABLE TO PARK AT IRON HOOF. SPECTATORS AND CADDIES PLAESE PARK IN THE RED LOT ON FRIDAY (park where you can find availability Sat. & Sun.) AT THE HORSE PARK AND TAKE THE SHUTTLE TO THE COURSE. PARKING WILL BE $10 (credit or debit only). THIS WILL ALSO GRANT YOU ENTRY TO THE CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL ON SAT. & SUN. [ I will have more info on shuttle pick up spots soon ]
AMATUER PLAYERS PACKS
1- Cherry Blossom Open Stamped Disc
1- Disc Voucher to be used with touring Pros and Vendors
1- 3 day spectator pass (if you have already purchased a spectator pass, please email [email redacted] and I will get you a partial refund at the value of you spectator pass)
DIVISION LAYOUTS
We will be playing shorter layouts due to time constraints. Everyone will be playing a shotgun start, with the exception of MPO and FPO, who will have tee times. This way tournament players can also spectate.
Juniors, MA4, MA3, MA50, MA60, FA4, FA3, FA50, FA60 - Red tee to Red basket
MA1, MA2, MA40, FA1, FA2, FA40, MP40, MP50, MP60, FP40, FP50, FP60- Blue tee to Red basket
FPO- Blue tee tee Yellow Basket
MPO- Yellow tee to Yellow basket
PAYOUTS
AM's- trophy only
PRO's- 90% payout to the top 40%
$15 from each entry fee will go toward greens fees

Refund policy
Newton County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund
