Ben Swam, Chris Pierce and Iron City DD are rolling into town to offer a flex start every day during COTL to let you get some practice in, get some PDGA ratings, get some cool swag and get back any birdies you missed up on the mountain.
CADDIES AND SPECTATORS:

Both are welcome, caddies must follow the same PDGA rules as players.
Carts cannot be rented/used on for spectators or caddies.
PRACTICE DAY INFO:

Both courses are setup for practice on Friday 10:30am - 6:00pm.
FRIDAY CART INFO:

Carts available to rent on Friday only
Rentals restricted to those playing the tournament (they will have a list)
3 hour time limit. Anyone over three hours will have their card charged twice.
Carts cannot be rented before 10:30am
Must have 2 per player
Cannot be used in the flex start

CARPOOLING:

Please carpool if at all possible since parking is limited.
LUNCH:

While we cannot provide food vendors, the bouldering group will have food vendors behind the club house on Saturday. Good News Coffee, Wonder Dogs, Big Daddy BBQ, Sweet Scoops Ice Cream.
Pyro Pies Pizza will also be for sale near the clubhouse on Saturday and Sunday.
Snacks and drinks (soda, water, Powerade, beer, etc.) in the club house.

PLAYOFF HOLES IF NEEDED:

Sudden death playoffs for first place will be played on rock holes 10-15 and repeat if needed. In the event of a playoff, players will use a cart(s) with the official to get to hole 10 and the players cannot return to the cart until the playoff is over.

Pro divisions with 8 or more - 40%
Pro divisions with 7 or less - 45%
AM divisions with 8 or more - 45%
AM divisions with 7 or less - 50%

Hole Sponsorship is $40 and other higher tier sponsorships are avaliable. All proceeds go toward tournament expenses and payout. With course fees, players packs items, trophies, PDGA fees, basket transportation, gas, supplies and more, it adds up fast. This is not a cheap event so every bit helps out.

You can sign up for the tournament without one, but you will need to have a current membership by 10/8. You can sign up or renew with PDGA on 10/1 and will include the remainder of 2023 and all of 2024.
CAPS ON POOLS AND DIVISIONS:

Since there are two course and multiple teepads, I will have initial caps on divisions to keep the cards/tees/divisions as balanced as possible. These have been determined by the average amount in each division over the past COTL events. That being said, if registration fills fast and the numbers are off, I will adjust to accommodate accordingly based on order of sign ups on the waitlist. So in other words... get on the waitlist if the tourney is already full
