About this tournament

FORMAT:

Two courses
Tee times
One round per day
Play one course Saturday, then play the other Sunday
No bouldering event this year!!!


SPONSORSHIPS:

Hole Sponsorships are $40 and other higher tier sponsorships are available. All proceeds go toward tournament expenses and payout. With course fees, players packs items, PDGA fees, basket transportation, gas, supplies and more, it adds up fast. This is not a cheap event so every bit helps out and it all goes back to the event.
SPONSORSHIPS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, But you will get your sponsor disc(s.)


PDGA RULES FOR B TIER:

You can sign up for the tournament without one, but you will need to have a current membership by 10/8. You can sign up or renew with PDGA on/after 10/1 and will include the remainder of 2026 and all of 2027.


CAPS ON POOLS AND DIVISIONS:

Since there are two courses and multiple teepads and new PDGA rules, I will have initial caps on divisions to keep the cards/tees/divisions as balanced as possible. These have been determined by the average amount in each division over the past COTL events. These initial caps will be added before general registration opens and are subject to change.

PASS-THROUGH FEES:

The rest goes to players packs and payout.


PAYOUT:

Pro divisions with 8 or more - 40%
Pro divisions with 7 or less - 45%
AM divisions with 8 or more - 45%
AM divisions with 7 or less - 50%
Pro's will receive PayPal.
Am's will receive vouchers to use with the authorized payout vendors on site.


CADDIES AND SPECTATORS:

Both are welcome, caddies must follow the same PDGA rules as players.
Golf carts cannot be rented/used on for spectators or caddies.


CARPOOLING:

Please carpool if at all possible since parking is limited.

Both courses will be setup for practice on Friday 10/16. Times will be posted in the schedule section.

FRIDAY CART RENTAL INFO:

SUBJECT TO CHANGE
1) Rentals are restricted to those playing the tournament (they will have a list)
2) Carts are available to rent on Friday only at the club house.
3) 3 hour time limit. Anyone over three hours will have their card charged twice.
4) Carts cannot be rented before 10:30am.
5) Carts must have 2 people.
6) $14 per person.

I understand everyone wants to rent a cart, and we all want to have a great time. So please use the cart to practice, and return it even if you have it for just an hour or so. Karma goes a long way and this will help more people to rent carts.

Refund policy

Refund policy is listed in the picture section. I use the PDGA guidelines to create this.

Sponsorships and any add-on items are non-refundable. In the event you need to drop and have a sponsorship or add-on items, I will ship those to you at no cost the week after the event.

Signs, sponsor discs, items are ordered early and this effects budgeting for this event, so thank you for understanding.
