Chains For Charity II - Hannah's Hope Fund.
Hannah's Hope Fund for Giant Axonal Neuropathy (GAN), Inc. is a non-for-profit, public charity incorporated in New York State with 501c3 status. Therefore, all donations made to Hannah’s Hope Fund are tax deductible. Employer Identification Number (EIN): 45-0593226. For more information: hannahshopefund.org
Money will be raised through a portion of tournament entry fees as well as through our sponsorship contest. Disc golfers will receive 1 entry for pre-paid registration and 1 entry for every $25 raised in sponsorship donations (cash or prizes) for a drawing to win an Innova sport travel basket. Sponsorship forms will be available in person or by e-mail. 100% of cash donations (minus cost of basket) will be donated to Hannah's Hope Fund. Prize donations will be used as prizes for place winners. The person who collects the most donations will win a prize pack (TBA).
