About this tournament

The Catamount Collegiate Challenge is a PDGA sanctioned XC-Tier College Disc Golf conference event. Participation is limited to current College Disc Golf teams.
Read the following registration information carefully before registering:
Registration is limited to 18 teams total (72 play maximum) on the following schedule:
12/12/22: Each school may register 1 MA1 and 1 FA1 team.
1/9/23: Each school with 1 MA1/FA1 team registered may register 1 additional MA1 and one additional FA1 team. Any school with no teams registered by register 2 MA1 and 2 FA1 teams.
1/30: Remaining registration slots may be filled without restrictions, first-come-first-served.
Format: 1 round of individual play, 1 round of team doubles
Entry Fee: $120 per team of 4 (MA1), $60 per team of 2 (FA1)
Location: Fire Mountain Disc Golf Sanctuary, Cherokee NC. FMDGS is a new, championship-level woods course nestled beside the Raven Fork River on the lands of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
This is a trophy-only event. Player's packs will be valued at or above entry fee. The winning MA1 and FA1 teams will receive a custom glass trophy.
Tournament Day Schedule: Saturday, February 25, 2023
7:30-8:45 am: Check-in and hole assignments.
Breakfast: Pastries provided on site.
9:00 am: Round 1: Singles, using the short layout
Lunch: Pizza and drinks provide on site.
Round 2 (1 hour after completion of round 1): Team Doubles, using long layout (time allowing)
Awards presented following completion of Round 2.
