    8:00am - 9:30am

    Check In/Amateur Players Pack pick up! Pros please check in also as we need to make sure we have 3 to a card minimum.

    9:45am - 9:55am

    Players Meeting! This is where we will hopefully get any rules questions clarified before play proceeds.

    10:00am - 12:30pm

    Round One- Shotgun Start. Actual specific time TBD. There will be a 2 minute warning called out, no throws are to be made after this call and before the start call! Start call and play proceeds.

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    One hour lunch break between rounds! Actual times are TBD, it is one hour from when the last card is completed and there cards scores are officially submitted.

    1:30pm - 4:00pm

    Round Two

    4:00pm - 4:30pm

    Any potential first place ties (first place ties only) in any divisions will go into a sudden death playoff at this time if necessary. Playoff layout will be holes 1., 2., 15., 16., 17. & 18 in succession until there is an outright winner!

This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Tournament. Participants will be playing 2 rounds on a 20 hole layout.

EDIT- Potentially only an 18 hole layout due to water levels that may exist on the date of the event.

Singles Shotgun Start Format---We will be using PDGA Live Scoring

There is a players pack item for all participants playing in an amateur division that is included with your entry. It will be a choice between one disc from the specific assortment available or one Big Cat Merch item from the assortment available. And one snap cap mini.

Prize Payouts Certificates for amateur divisions must be used the day of the event at the mobile on-site pro shop. Top 40 % of participants per division receive prizes. Including ties.

Pro Payouts will be paid day of cash or check, or the next day via paypal!
Top 35 % of participants per division receive payouts. Including ties.

Refund policy

Big Cat Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will be following PDGA Refund Policies! You are required to officially request it through disc golf scene.
