About this tournament
3 rounds of play
Welcome back to Carolina Clash!
Once again we try every year to approve and make the event bigger and better! Somehow we always do it!
Starting this year we have all separate weekends for the Amateur and Pros that will get more attention and love for each event.
With this change the Amateur will go back to the 3 rounds in 2 days set up over just Saturday and Sunday! You told us this is what you would like and we made it happen. You will still get the full experience of 3 courses over a 3 round layout but now you won't have to take a Friday off from work!
This will also give you a chance to watch the pros the following weekend! Also this will give people a chance to play both Clash and USDGC Doubles.
We will have 4 pools of 72 for this set up giving us a chance for 288 players to play the event. Everyone will play shotgun start on Saturday and tee times on Sunday!
Pool A- MA1, FA1
Pool B- MA2, MA40
Pool C- MA3, FA2, FA3
Pool D- MA4, MA50, MA60, MA70, FA4, FA40, FA50, FA60, FA70, All Juniors
This will be a true Amateur event with players backs well worth your entry and trophies for all top finishers.

Also for the first time ever the MA1 and FA1 winners will have a chance to play the next weekend for free on the feature cards for the Pro weekend of Carolina Clash!

Refund policy
Another Round Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event on or before August 23rd will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 23rd and September 13th will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the Player has the choice of EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between September 14 and the published closure of registration (9/20/24 at 9PM EST) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player has the choice to provide of EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration, (9/20/24 at 9PM) and DO NOT PLAY (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
Players on the waitlist who do not get into the event will receive a refund of their waitlist fee.
