About this tournament

Welcome to the first ever Wilcox Willow presented by Capital Discs.

This will be a 2 Round, PDGA sanctioned C-Tier tournament with a 144 player capacity. The field will be split up where intermediate and recreational players will compete on Saturday and the advance and pro players will compete on Sunday. This will give Players the opportunity to compete both days but must register for each day separately.

Here is the link to the intermediate/recreational Registration: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournament/Capital_Discs_Presents_The_Wilcox_Willow_Intermediate_Recreational_2021

Registration information:
Hole sponsorship will open on 03/18 at 8pm
Women opens on 03/18 at 8pm
All registration opens on 03/20 at 8pm!

For the Pro/Advanced side, 24 spots will be held for all pro divisions up until April 9. If any additional spots are open, anyone on the advance waitlist will be moved up.

Park Fee:
Per Duchess County, a $5 fee will be pulled from each players entry fee to cover park and course expenses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
In order to accommodate the players on the waitlist, there could be a potential change where a division from Saturday’s schedule might get moved to Sunday to compete. If on April 15, there are still open spots on Sundays schedule, we will look at moving 1 division over to Sunday allowing more players from the waitlist to play. The players in the division selected will be notified on April 16 by 8pm of this change. All players in that division that are on the waitlist will also be moved to Sunday as well and potentially be moved off the waitlist and on to the active registration list if spots are available. This change will only happen if there are still open spots for Sunday.

Layout:
FA1, FA2, FA3, MA40, MA50, MA2, and MA3 divisions
Round 1 will play the standard 18 hole layout from the Red Tees.
Round 2 will play the south hatchet red tees and and the back 9 holes from the red tees.

MA1 and ALL PRO divisions
Round 1 will play the standard 18 hole layout from the blue tees.
Round 2 will play the south hatchet red tees and and the back 9 holes from the red tees.

This is subject to change if there are course issues. Players will be notified of any change by May 14.
