I have placed an amateur player cap at 135 players. This cap will be lifted on Thursday, 5/5/22. Once this cap has lifted waitlist players will be promoted regardless of their selected division. I highly suggest utilizing the waitlist if the amateur player cap has been reached before you attempted to register. Waitlist players that are not able to be promoted will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees.

Junior and Recreational divisions will be true trophy only. If a division has less than three players registered you will be combined with the closest related division. Pro payout will be handled via PayPal or Venmo. Amateur payout will be handled through gift cards to The Groove Shack (4006 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS 66604), they will be open late to accommodate all players. Trophies will be presented to all division winners.

A no call no show at the event will disqualify you from receiving a refund for the event and your player pack if applicable.
