Campbell Valley Saturday Fundraiser/Practice Round for BC Open
About this tournament
Be one of the first to play a round of disc golf at Campbell Valley Regional Park. Book a tee time for yourself and up to 3 other players for a casual round on July 9, 2022. This event is a fundraiser for the BC Open. Since the course will be in the same format as the course designed by INdesign Disc Golf for the BC Open, this event will also test this course’s speed of play. If you want to play a round on July 10, 2022, please register for the Campbell Valley Sunday Fundraiser/Practice Day for BC Open.
EVENT FORMAT
Tee times will be available from 7:50 am to 3:00 pm at 10 minute intervals for casual play. It should take 2 to 3 hours to complete the course. Please use UDisc for scoring; you may also hand in paper scorecards. Ace Runners will review the scores to review the hole pars.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee will be $30 with an optional $5 Ace Pot buy-in. If you are not a current member of the BC Disc Sports Society, you must purchase a $10 BCDS Competitive Member Registration at www.bcdiscsports.com within 1 week of your registration so you will be covered with player insurance for this event.
This event will be unsanctioned which means that the PDGA does not collect any sanctioning fee or player fees, there are no divisions, and there are no required payouts. All entry fees will be disbursed as follows: $456.75 to permit fee, $1,000.00 to green fees, $682.50 to BC Open permit fee and TBD BC Open green fees which were not accounted for in the BC Open entry fees, $2 to CTPs, and balance to the 2022 BC Open to cover costs such as water, portapotties, caddy book, added cash, etc., and to infrastructure costs for pop-up courses.
The Ace Pot will be paid out equally among all aces hit by players who paid into the $5 Ace Pot. If there are no aces, the Ace Pot will roll over to the Ace Pot for the 2022 BC Open. Aces do count as CTPs.
CTPs will be awarded for each group of players registered from 7am-9:45am, from 9:45am-12:30pm and from 12:30pm-3:00pm. There will be no other prizes or payouts.

One person can register up to 4 people per timeslot by clicking “Add Another Registrant” but be warned that adding more registrants will delay completing your registration and someone other than yourself may be competing for the same timeslot. Registration opens on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 8pm PT. Registration closes on July 2, 2022 at 8pm PT.

Refund policy
Ace Runners is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after registration is closed. Waitlisted Registrants who do not get into the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.
