The 3rd annual Hoops Club disc golf fundraiser will be held Saturday, August 2 at the Lake Ripley Park disc golf course.
This is a family fun event. Registration begins at 10 am with a shotgun start at 10:30. A team of four is $50, individual players are $15 per person and will be assigned to a team. The first 50 to register will receive this year's souvenir golf disc (value $9.99).
There will be a putting and long drive contest along with prizes for best team score in Youth, High School, Adult and Family categories.
This event is hosted by the Cambridge Hoops Club, which supports all Cambridge youth and high school basketball teams grades K - 12 by purchasing equipment and supplies, supplementing funds for tournaments and summer leagues, coach training, uniforms and much more. All proceeds from this event will support the Cambridge Basketball program grades K-12.
