C.O.W.S (Central Ohio Winter Series) Event #2

Welcome to the second year of the Central Ohio Winter Series. Once again the series will focus on raising money to improve our local disc golf courses. Last year we raised $850.00 to go towards improving the courses and have put much of that money to use already.

Along with the improvements that have already been made we are also currently working on the new tee signs as well as alternate pin positions at the Kinslow DGC in Sunbury, OH. We look forward to continued participation this year to raise even more money to help grow our disc golf community.

The schedule for this season is pending as follows (some dates are still pending approval):

November 17th, 2018 - Kinslow DGC, Sunbury, OH
December 15th, 2018 - Eagles Nest, Lancaster, OH
January 5th, 2019 - Alum Creek, Galena, OH
January 26th, 2019 - Flat Rocks DGC, Lancaster, OH
February 16th, 2019 - Lobdell, Alexandria, OH
March 9th, 2019 - Deer Creek, Mt. Sterling, OH

All events will be unsanctioned events, we thought about sanctioning a couple of the events, but to keep entry fees low, and more money into the payout they will once again be unsanctioned. While the events will not be sanctioned we will be going by pdga ratings guidelines for each event as well as follow pdga rules during play. $9 from each entry will go into the funraiser, $18 will go to day of payout, and $3 into the point series payout which will be paid out at the final event.

We will also be doing cashless pre-registration for each event. Just comment in the comments section with your name, division, and pdga number if available, and pay the day of the event
