Walk up registration and check in will be Friday, July 22, at Grand Woods from 10am - 8pm. This is when you can pick up your player pack, player guide and ask any looming questions you might have. There is no extra fee for signing up on Friday the 22nd. This check in is not mandatory, but highly encouraged as it allows the tournament staff to be better prepared.
If you still would like to play, but can't sign up til Saturday, go directly to the course your pool is playing Saturday morning. THERE WILL BE A $10 DAY OF FEE. Please bring exact change, the TDs at the courses will not be carrying a bank.
If you pre-registered but cannot check in til Saturday, please check in with the TD at the course. Anyone checking in Saturday will be able to pick up their player pack Saturday evening at the Player Party at Grand Woods.

This event will be the 4th tournament for the CCR Points Series. Every time you play a CCR event in 2016, you will receive one point for every person you defeat in your division. These points will be awarded per division and are non-transferable from division to division (unless your rating forces you to move up).
At the end of the season - Kick out the Yams, we will take your top 4 pointed rounds to determine where you place in the overall series point race for your division. $1 from every entry fee will be taken out and go directly into the payout purse (Excluding March Mush, points will be awarded with no money coming from entry fees). All the money collected from each division will be awarded back to that division with CASH PAYOUTS (YES CASH PAYOUTS FOR PROS AND AMS). We will payout the top 33% in each division. Payouts will be distributed at the Series Finals event - Kick Out the Yams

Just so everyone is aware, this is the PDGA procedure for withdrawals that will be enforced:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at 14 or less days from the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a 10% handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walkup entry (if offered.) If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus up to 10% of the player pack value to cover handling and shipping.) In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack.
