Pittsburgh Flying Disc is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Withdrawal requests prior to one week from the event will receive a full refund.
Withdrawal requests on or after September 1st will incur a $10 processing fee. Any withdrawal requests after the closure of registration on September 7th will forfeit their entry fee. Players remaining on the waitlist after the closure of registration will receive a full refund after the event.
