About this tournament

Please read All of the about section Because there is a lot of Important info
This is the first event in a new local doubles series designed for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re new to the game or a regular in competitive leagues, there’s a division that fits. We’re keeping things simple, fair, and focused on what matters — playing good disc golf with solid payouts and minimal hassle.
Registration
Register online at Disc Golf Scene (free to sign up).
$40 per team ($20 per player), cash only, paid in person at check-in. CHECK IN NEAR HOLE 9W @ West parking lot (map in photos)
We’re keeping payments offline to avoid processing fees and simplify the event.
Exact change is appreciated.
In-person signups will be accepted, but we strongly prefer online registration ahead of time.
It helps us organize cards, divisions, and prepare payouts.
Signing up online does not require payment — just a heads-up you're coming.
Full event details will be posted closer to the event date.
Payouts & Prizes
No players packs.
85% of entry fees go toward cash payouts.
The remaining 15% covers event expenses like CTP prizes, printing, and supplies.
CTPs (Closest to the Pin) for each division.
Some will be open to all, others division-specific.
Additional prize opportunities may be announced.
Format & Layout
27 holes total – Best Shot Doubles format
Pro & Am Divisions play the Riverbed layout from the long pads
Beginner Division plays the same layout from the short pads
Division Guidelines
Please choose the division that best reflects your current skill level. Fair placement helps ensure a better experience for everyone.
Beginner
For players with less than 1–2 years of experience.
Should be throwing under 370 ft consistently.
If you're more experienced or regularly compete, move up.
Amateur (Am)
For players with some experience who are still developing competitively.
If you play local dubs but don’t consistently cash, this is likely your division.
Pro
For advanced players who regularly finish at or near the top in leagues or tournaments.
If you usually cash, you belong here.
When in doubt, move up.
What to Expect
This is the first in a planned series of doubles events. The goal is to keep things simple:
Fair divisions
Cash payouts
Community-run, with minimal overhead
Future events may include a points system, added prizes, and sponsor support
Questions?
If you’re unsure about anything — division placement, partner sign-up, or format — don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
Final info and updates will be posted on Disc Golf Scene and local disc golf social pages as the event gets closer.
Lets have some fun!!
