About this tournament
The Brookfield Open is a C-tier event for Professional and Amateur players. Participants will play two rounds of 18 holes.
PLAYER CHECK-IN
Players will check in at Tournament Central located at the pavilion beside hole 3’s tee pad.
SCORING
We are using the PDGA digital scoring platform. After each hole, each player must keep an independent scorecard recording the scores for the entire group. A player who refuses to keep a score may be subject to disqualification. https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/808
The ACCESS CODE for event scoring is coming soon. It is not case-sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring, go to the link: www.pdga.com/score.
PAYOUT
We follow PDGA standards for payout. Am payout will be on site trough 3one7discs or in 3one7discs store credit, and we will pay out pros via PayPal.

Refund policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event start, they will forfeit their entry fee for the event. We will give no player’s packages to non-competitors instead of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2024 season, it may change for specific events.
