Round One: Best Shot, Round Two: Alternating Tee Shots
Recruit your Dynamic Duo for the first annual Brenneman Dynamic Duo Doubles Fundraiser Tournament as we raise funds for the Brenneman Student Ministry Scholarship Fund, which provides money for students to attend camps, retreats, and other events throughout the year.
For $50 per team ($25 per person), you will play 2 rounds of 12 holes, receive provided lunch in between rounds, and compete to be the top team in your division to take home the trophy and CASH PAYOUT. All of that fun AND you will be supporting the great cause of Brenneman Student Ministry!
Ace 50/50: $5 per person. If no ace is hit during the two rounds, there will be a throw-off on hole 2 until an ace is hit; half of the money paid into the ace fund will be paid out to the player who aces; the other half goes straight to the Student Scholarship Fund.
Closest To The Pin: There will be multiple CTP holes for each division with discs provided by Michiana Pro Shop as prizes.
Fundraiser Payouts: 20% of registration money per division goes to the winners of each division. For example if 10 teams are in the Advanced Division the team with the best score in Advanced would receive $100 to split between the two players. (10 teams x $50 registrations = $500, $500/5 (20%) = $100 to the winners)
Divisions: There are three divisions available for this tournament: Advanced, Intermediate, and Mixed. Division selection can be made by averaging out both team members’ PDGA player ratings. If that average is below 900 that team is eligible to play in the intermediate division; if it is higher than 899 that team is only able to play in the advanced division. The mixed division is for teams made up of one man and one woman. Mixed teams can choose to compete in Advanced or Intermediate if they so choose, but the division exists to encourage balanced competition for non-pro mixed teams.
