I will be at the park by 4, so check in can start shortly after that. There will be a brief player's meeting at 5:45. Play begins at 6 pm, two rounds of glow should end approximately 8 pm. We will have an hour break after the last card checks in, during which we will do the raffle drawing and have some food. Final round will start approximately 9 pm with a single playthrough finishing at 10 pm and meeting for awards. Please keep in mind that times are subject to change depending on pace of play.

About this tournament

This is a capital F U N FUNdraiser event! The end goal is to have a bench put in at Ox Bow County Park in honor of a fellow disc golf enthusiast that was lost tragically last year. Any proceeds beyond that will go to supporting his two children.
This is a singles glow tournament that will consist of three rounds of 9 to 12 holes. Some glow tape will be provided. There will be food free to every registered player. TBD, but rest assured it will be special as cooking was a passion of Jason's and we want it to do him honor.
There will be a raffle, one ticket to each registered player with more available to purchase. We will also have mulligans available to purchase! Can someone get a perfect score? This is a trophy only event with trophies going to top players in each division.
Guidelines for choosing a division, beginner below 850 rating, 850-934 intermediate, advanced 935 and up. If you're not sure which division you should play in feel free to contact me.

Refund policy
Be Disc Be Humble is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Full refund minus transaction fees up to a week prior to the event. Half refund minus transaction fees up to two days prior to event. No refund within two days of event.
