The Lenexa Black Hoof Open 9-Hole Friends & Family Doubles Tournament is a non-sanctioned event, with all proceeds benefiting the Lenexa Parks & Recreation Scholarship Program. The tournament features two divisions: 14-17 Year Olds category and Adults with a Youth 17U category. The player’s meeting will take place at 9:30 AM, followed by a shotgun tee-off at 10:00 AM. In addition to the main tournament, participants will have the opportunity to engage in exciting mini-games, including the popular Closest to the Pin contest. Trophies given to first place winners. It’s a great chance to compete in a fun, community-focused atmosphere while supporting a meaningful cause.

• Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.
• Refunds requested between 2 and 7 days before the event will be issued a full
refund (minus the $5 processing fee) only if the cancellation does not affect the
minimum participant requirement.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made less than 48 hours before the
event.
• No call/no show participants will not be issued a refund.
• Late arrivals may result in being scratched from the event with no refund.
