Black Friday Mystery Box MOVEMBER Madness Presented by Rock River Disc Golf.
This is a fundraiser event to help raise money to go towards my $500 goal donation to Movember. Movember exists to help men live happier, healthier, longer lives. Men’s health is in crisis. Men are dying on average 4.5 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. Across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.
How the event works:
During check-in you will pick up your 3, 5, or 10 disc box set at hole one. From there you will get to see what goodies you have to play with! I will have extra discs for sale for $10 EA at check-in, so if you want to play with 4, 6, 7, or 24, you can purchase more after you get your initial box!
Flex event- 11AM- 3PM. Show up anytime between 11-3 and get your mystery box. Must play with AT LEAST ONE OTHER PERSON. Bring a friend!
You will be playing 1 round of 18 holes--> (2 rounds of 9) Playing to the white baskets on holes 3,4,6,7,9 both rounds.
Boxes will be curated with an assortment of BRAND NEW discs, WITH A MAJORITY OF THEM BEING PREMIUM PLASTIC. Brands that will be mixed in the boxes will be: All Trilogy brands, Innova, MVP, Axiom, Prodigy, Discraft, Thoughtspace, Infinite and Discmania. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK WHICH BRAND YOU WANT. IT IS A MYSTERY!! I will do my best to give an assortment of discs in each box. Ex: Putter, Mid, Driver, Etc.
All boxes will have a value well above the registration fee!!
YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO PLAY WITH THE DISCS FROM YOUR BOX PLUS ANY OTHERS YOU PURCHASE DURING CHECK IN. Don't like a disc that you got in your box? Trade with a card mate once you get your box!
Rock River Disc Golf will be on site vending and will have additional Black Friday Specials going on!
Trophy will be awarded to overall winner after event. Will mail if necessary. Will also make duplicate trophies if there is a tie. There will be no payout for this event.
