About this tournament

Course address is 1944 Shenandoah Crossing Drive Gordonsville 22942. DO NOT LET NAV TAKE YOU DOWN OLD CC RD OFF OF 33. THE TURN IS ON FOREST HILL. Please allow yourself plenty of time in the morning as there will be a lot of people needing to get through the gate. Please obey posted speed limits within the resort and the neighborhood as well.
Check in is mandatory and will be on the back deck of the clubhouse from 8-9:05. First tee time is 9:30.
Pro Divisions, MA1 and MA40 will play Wing White to Blue Round 1 and Talon Blue to Longer Round 2. MA2, MA3, and MA4 will play Talon White to Shorter Round 1 and Wing White to Blue (except 12 and 13 which will be White to Red) . All others will play Wing White to Blue (except 12 and 13 which will be White to Red) Round 1 and Talon White to Shorter Round 2. Holes on Talon with long pins are 1, 3, 8, and 16. Ground rules will be on the placards at the tees as well as in Live Scoring.
Hole assignments will be up at approximately 8 this evening on the PDGA event page. Please recheck in the morning as things tend to change slightly.
If your starting hole is among the farthest away (6-12 on Wing, 5-12 on Talon) there will be a shuttle running to those areas. You MAY NOT drive yourself to your hole and park on the street in the neighborhood.
We will use PDGA Live Scoring for the event. Log into pdga.com/score using the code "raptor". Each group should keep a backup score as well- the most efficient way to do this is to have more than one player on PDGA Live.
The kitchen will be taking lunch orders prior to Round 1- I strongly recommend placing your order before your round to expedite things at lunch time.

Refund policy
Thrown Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. $5 inconvenience fee for withdrawals after April 2. No refunds within 24 hours of event.
