About this tournament

GORILLA DISC GOLF welcomes you to the 2019 Beltway Summer Classic !!!
This PDGA C-Tier event will be played at Agnes Moffitt DGC on July 7th and is the 1st event of the Gorilla 2019 Jungle Revival Series !!
All players will play 2 rounds of 21 holes
A pool- All Pro, Adv and Int divs.
Will play long (WHITE) tees AM round/Short (RED) tees PM round
B pool-Am women, All Rec, Nov divs
Will play short (RED) tees both rounds
94 player cap-
AM spots capped at 74 players for 1st week of reg
We will hold 20 Pro spots, all spots not filled after 1 week of reg will be opened up to all players.
HQ-
Behind the basketball court, near hole 9s tee
SCHEDULE-
Check in- 7:30-8:30am
Players meeting 9-9:15am
1st round Shotgun start- approx 9:30am
Lunch-All players receive 1 hour from when last card is turned in (from both pools) before start of 2nd round
Raffle and games to follow the 2nd round,
Awards/payout soon after.
It is our goal and intent to get you guys in and out as efficiently as possible while providing a great tournament experience.
ENTRY FEE/PAYOUT SCHEDULE-

All Pro women-$50
All Adv-$45
All Int- $40
All rec-$35
All Nov-$35
Payout will be traditional, performance based payout and follow PDGA guidelines.
Top 40% Pro
Top 50% Am
100% of each actual entry (according to the list above) will go to payout.
NO PLAYERS PACKS.
There WILL BE ADDED TO CASH TO BOTH PRO AND AM DIVISIONS Payout/vending will be handled by Gorilla Disc Golf mobile pro shop.
****All plastic will be Innova. Additional merchandise will be available

Moffit WHITE/Moffit RED+ 2 temp holes.
(expect OLD Moffit 18 to be in the mix, temp tees will be shared by both pools. Same tees both rounds)

Gorilla Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
We reserve the right to adhere to this policy, we do however understand that "things happen". We surely want to work with players.
GDG refund policy-
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of the event.
If we cannot fill a spot dropped within 72hrs of the event, players will receive their entry fee value in merchandise.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to12hrs before the event ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ANY drops within 12 hours of the event, no-shows/morning of event cancels- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
