Beaver State Fling Amateur and DGMT Weekend supported by Innova Discs

Welcome to the 2024 Beaver State Fling Amateur and DGMT Weekend!

This area will be updated over the next several weeks leading up to the sign-up start date on March 18th!

On March 18th we will start off with an early registration for those that are wanting to purchase a tee sign to not only help support the event but also put something out on the courses for all of the people attending to see! Those tee signs will be $50 and you’ll pay for that and the registration fee when the that registration date opens up.

After that we will open up registration via a minimum ratings process like in years past. Here is that schedule:

Tier 1: MARCH 22nd at 6pm
MP40 - 975 / MP50 - 970 / MP60 - 950 / MP70 - Any / MP80 - Any

FP40 - 900 / FP50 - 850 / FP60 - Any / FP70 - Any / FP80 - Any

MA1 - 970 / MA40 - 930 / MA50 - 930 / MA60 - Any / MA70 - Any / MA80 - Any

FA1 - 840 / FA40 - 760 / FA50 - Any / FA60 - Any / FA70 - Any / FA80 - Any

Tier 2: APRIL 5th at 6pm
MP40 - 940 / MP50 - 900 / MP60 - Any / MP70 - Any / MP80 - Any

FP40 - 800 / FP50 - Any / FP60 - Any / FP70 - Any / FP80 - Any

MA1 - 925 / MA40 - 880 / MA50 - Any / MA60 - Any / MA70 - Any / MA80 - Any

Tier 3: April 16th at 6pm

Players pack value at over $170!!

AM players will continue to play for "Beaver Bucks" this year and will be able to spend them at the All Day Disc Golf booth on site!!!

This year, the AM/Masters BSF weekend also falls on WGE Weekend and our own Madison Tomaino will be hosting a sister event at Dabney on that day!! (More info to come from that but working on a special stamped disc for that event).

As for our event, we will be hosting tee times all 3 days and flipping courses as described in the scheduling area of this DGS page (divisions subject to change course 14 days prior event start).

Pool 1 will play East/West/East
Pool 2 will play West/East/West

Pool 1 consists of:
MP40/MP50/FP40/FP50/MA1/MA40/MA50/FA1/FA40

Pool 2 consists of:
MP60/MP70/MP80/FP60/FP70/FP80/MA60/MA70/MA80/FA60/FA70/FA80

We will also have food carts on hand for food before and after your rounds and are working on a couple other “drink” options as well.

Vendor Village will be bigger this year as well! We will have The Innova Factory Store, Lone Star, All Day Disc Golf, Top Flight, and a few others on site for your purchasing pleasure! Pay attention to this spot and the Stumptown Facebook page for updates on Vendors.

NEW INFO:
- Stumptown has camping spots available! We have 35 spots available for tent camping without a vehicle and 14 spots available with a vehicle. These options are loaded into additional items if you wish to purchase them. Once they are gone, they are gone. Each spot will house 1 tent (6-8 person ish) for that spot. These camping spots will be $50/$55 each.

Stumptown Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Stumptown Disc Golf Club follows all refund and withdrawal policies set forth by the PDGA competitive rule set 1.03.

Last Day for full refunds is 4/26/24.
No refunds after 5/3/24 unless spot is filled by the waitlist at time of request.
A $10 processing fee will apply to ALL refund requests.
Early Tee Sign Registrations are not refundable after April 12th as we will be starting the process of creating the signs.
