Join us for a fun unsanctioned 1 round event at Bear Creek Meadows. This is a fundraiser event to help continue to improve the course. We appreciate everyone that comes out, and hope our course is one you'll be itching to come back and play. We've been told we have one of the best private courses in the area. Come see for yourself and I'm sure you'll want to come back for more! Once you've played our course the invitation stands to come play our Tags Events, Random Draw Dubs Events and Glow Round Events.

CTP's for all 18 holes
Cash CTP (optional $5)
Ace pot (optional $5)
If no Ace is hit during play, those that paid in the Ace pot will throw from Hole 18's tee pad to the red basket on the old tiller in the field until someone hits the Ace.

Throw off CTP at the end of play. All registered players get one throw from the main tee pad on hole 1 for a chance to win a Chick Fil A swag bag

-ADV min # of players is 8 for payout, $10 from each entry fee ($80). Max payout possibility is $150 for ADV division.
-INTMD & GEN min # of players is 10 for payout, $5 from each entry fee ($50). Max payout possibility is $125 for each INTMD & GEN divisions.

Registered players are invited to come play the two Saturdays before the tournament (Aug 2nd & Aug 9th) for practice rounds between 8am and 3pm

Payouts will be disbursed the day of the tournament in cash.
