Welcome to our first Mixed Doubles Tournament
Mixed One Round Doubles On Raptors (MORDOR)
One Round to Rule Them All, One Division to Bind Them, One Team Will Beat Them All, and Raptors is Where You'll Find Them
The format will be a little unique for this one.
Doubles Teams will be competing in a Single Division with Each Player playing from the Tee Pad that best suits their Skill Level. Exact Tee Pad assignments will be announced shortly, but you can probably expect to play the pad you normally play at a tournament, with your partner also playing from their usual pad.
Doubles Teams must have At Least One Female Player on their Team.
Format will be Best-Shot Doubles Stroke-Play.
Teams May use the same Player's Drive no more than 2 Consecutive times. However, a Hole-in-One will NOT Count against the total (even if it would have been the 3rd consecutive drive by that player), and will instead reset the Drive Count for the Team - the next Tee Pad after an Ace will be a fresh count.
Scoring will be done on uDisc, so if you have uDisc already, you should use those emails for sign up. If you don't have an account, one will be created for scoring. One person on each card Will be Required to have uDisc to score your card's round.
PRIZING
At least 100% of Net Entry will be paid out in Ace Runners GC and Prizes. Also expect a few fun CTP Prizes and surprises. There is no promise of a precious golden ring with magical powers.
SCHEDULE
Teams will play a Single Round of Disc Golf with Tee Times starting at 8am. I will try my best to post everyone's tee times as early as possible, but they will be subject to change if needed up until the day of the Tournament.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We will be following all mandates from the BC Health Authority and the Return to Sport guidelines from viaSport BC. You are responsible for adhering to all rules and restrictions in place regarding Covid-19 guidelines and keeping abreast of any changes. If there are any major updates, we will try to email all registrants. For example, proof of vaccination is not currently required for individual competition in outdoor settings but the Provincial Health Officer may change this policy at any time. Please read our Refund Policy before you register.
