This event is a 2-day, 2-round B-Tier at Brazos Park East (the bEast)! Players will play one round each day with assigned tee times.

Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration):
$80/amateur and $100/pro:
-$3 PDGA Fee
-$1 EDGE Donation
-$1 HOTT Tour Fee
-$5 Admin fee (Water/snacks, toilets, TD fee)
-$5 Trophy Fee (Bogey Free Club Custom Trophies)
-$10 Course Fees

Amateur Payout - $25/player in credit to DiscHub.com
Pro Payout - $75/player via PayPal. $750 cash will be added to the Pro Divisions.

Player Packs - All amateurs will receive a player pack that includes:
- Event Dry-Fit Jersey ($30)
- Goose Promotions Towel ($10)
- Voucher for 2 free lessons to the Power Disc Golf Academy ($40)
Total Player pack value - $80

Trophies - The top 2 players in each division will receive custom trophies from Bogey Free Club.

Vendors - We will have a "vendor village" set up at the Bandshell Pavilion by Hole 7 of Brazos Park East. If you are interested in vending, you can register online via Disc Golf Scene or by messaging Jacob. Vendor fees are $50/day in cash or $100/day in merchandise (retail value).

Refund Policy:
Players will receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the event if a withdrawal is requested.
Players will receive a 25% refund within 48 hours of the event if a withdrawal is requested and their spot can be filled via the waitlist. Please see the PDGA refund policy here: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
