    What's up Battle @ the Bluffs players

    I'm sending this email again for those that may have not received it. Here is some added details for Saturday.
    TEE TIMES have been added on pdga. First tee time is 9:30am
    please make sure to check Friday night in the event of any minor changes .
    Pdga live scoring code is ( bluffs) layouts (pro/longs) (ams/shorts)
    HQ will be set up at hole 1
    Make sure you arrive 15 min early to check in get your carts and set up live scoring
    Please make sure you are @ hole 1 ready to go 5 min before tee time to avoid the 2 stroke penalty.
    We are excited to welcome you to the Battle @ the Bluffs Disc Golf Tournament, taking place at The Bluffs Golf Course in Port Stanley, Ontario. Below are some important details for the event:

    Practice Rounds
    All registrants are eligible for practice rounds on Friday, October 4, starting at 9:30am . Participants should head to the clubhouse to arrange cart rentals available at $20

    Tee Placements for Divisions
    -Pro Teams Red Tees
    - All Other Divisions Blue Tees

    If all divisions are playing from the same tee pad, the tee will be marked with one blue flag and one red flag on each side to indicate that everyone will play from that tee.

    Out of Bounds
    Out of bounds information sheets will be available.
    - One side : Hole distances (in feet)
    - Other side : Out of bounds information.
    Please pick up your sheet before heading out to the course.
    Special note: In case of any discrepancies with out-of-bounds rulings, the benefit will always go to the player. In the event of a tie, the benefit will also go to the player.

    Scorekeeping
    At least one player per card must keep score using PDGA live scoring. All participants must keep score, and if anyone prefers not to use online scoring, paper cards will be available.
    A course map will be available on UDisc for those who want to use it for navigation.

    50-50 Draw
    A 50-50 draw will be held on the day of the event. Tickets are available for $5 each or 3 for $10.

Join us for an exciting day of disc golf at the stunning Bluffs Golf Club in Port Stanley!

Format: One-day, one-round, 19-hole, PDGA C-Tier event, ODSA tour stop

Cost: (PRO) $85 per person

Spots for each division: Will be held till
August 13th 5p.m at which time any players on a wait list will be added .

Tee Times: Rounds will begin at 9 a.m. Tee times will be organized to ensure efficient flow of play. Please note that tee times will be assigned (all players to be at the 1st hole tee box with carts 15 minutes prior to tee times)

Golf Carts: Rounds will be played with a golf cart, with two people per cart. Participants under the appropriate age for golf cart rental must be accompanied by an adult or chaperone.

Additional Details:
- Players in the pro divisions will play from the RED tees and be paid out in cash after fees are deducted. ($30 fees $55 to payouts)
- All other divisions will play BLUE tees and receive merch payout to top $45% of field, Pay-out courtesy of Chain Disc Golf & Wellness through store or On-line sales. ($30 fees, $35 to payouts)
