Hole Sponsorship: Hole sponsorships are available for a $50 donation. Your name/logo will be present on a hole with a sign. Please reach out to Sierra Phillips with any questions!
Registration Details: Registration opens at 6pm on April 1 and closes on July 18 at 6pm. Once registration closes all players on the waitlist will be refunded and no new players will be permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals and Refunds will be handled according to the PDGA rules. See rules in this link https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
Players Pack: Custom towel with tournament logo, snacks and water at tournament central.
Payouts: We are excited to have Great Lakes Discs handling payouts this year. Amateur payouts will be provided by greatlakesdisc.com. Payout vouchers will be emailed out by the end of the day Monday.
Pro payouts will be sent through PayPal by the end of the day Monday
Trophies We’re bringing back the tanks! Courtesy of Bill Moyer. (Must have 3+ in a division to receive a trophy)
Format: This is a two round, singles, stroke play event utilizing shotgun starts for each round. This event is sanctioned by the PDGA as a C/B-Tier Pro/Am event.
Layouts: Baskets have been moved to tournament layout.
Additional Info:There will be an optional $5 50/50 CTP prize and $5 Ace Pool at registration and available at check in day of. CTPs for each division.
Water cooler will be located at 2/13 tee pad.
This is a public park with other events occuring that day as well, please be courteous of others and their events throughout the tournament.
