    Tournament Set-Up.
    Players can check-in at tournament central by Hole 1.

    7:15am - 7:30am

    Players head to hole assignments (no player meeting).

    7:35am - 11:45am

    Round 1 - 27 holes

    11:45am - 1:15pm

    Lunch Break - will be at least 1 hour from the last card turning in scores.

    1:20pm - 4:40pm

    Round 2 - 27 holes

    4:45pm - 5:00pm

About this tournament

PENDING PARKING APPROVAL AND PDGA SANCTIONING!

This will be a 2 round B-Tier (pending) sanctioned tournament. Minimum of 3 players and maximum of 5 per card. We will have a 1-1.5 hour break for lunch from when the last card confirms scores.


Pros will be paid out per PDGA rules . Amateur winners for each division will receive the tournament jersey with the specific division winner on the jersey.

Amateurs: Top 45% payout TBD (will update shortly).

Some of these fees have been paid for out of the TD's pocket and/or our generous sponsors!

Park Rental Fee (Will update)
PDGA Insurance (paid by TD)
$75 PDGA Sanctioning Flat Fee
$3 per player - PDGA Fees


Donations:

$25 donation for insurance and general course maintenance and tournament set-up.
$50 donation gets your name on a tee sign (must donate by 1/17/2025).
$100 donation gets your name on the course entry sign (must donate by 1/17/2025).

Tournament jerseys will be available for purchase at https://hhdesign.studio/ and can be purchased up until the day after the tournament is completed.


Tournament central will be next to Hole 1 of the main layout. There is a public restroom on-site and we will place packs of water throughout the course.


Live scoring through PDGA Live.


Parking for the event will be as follows (Parking plan awaiting approval by City):

- Currently, we can park in the parking lot for the park. There are other events that will be going on, and we are working on confirming other area(s) for parking.
- If the parking lot is full, please park along E. Wescott Dr. on the side connected to Buffalo Ridge Park. Do not block driveways.


The course can be navigated with a cart, but use at your own risk as the course can be rocky in places.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR SPEED AT OR UNDER 25MPH ALONG E. WESCOTT DR. AND WHEN ENTERING THE PARK . THERE WILL BE FAMILIES, CHILDREN, AND PETS THROUGHOUT THE AREA AND AT THE LOCAL PARK.

PLEASE ALSO PACK IN AND PACK OUT. PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES.
