Deadline for trophy/medals for each division based on division size October 14th.
At least 3 people in division = 1st place trophy
At least 5 people in division = 1st place trophy, 2nd and 3rd place medals

If there are spots open and you have at least 3 players wanting a division thats not posted reach out to Tournament staff by October 14th.

Refund policy

Surry Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Full Refund ( Subtract fees ) before November 16th
50% Refund ( Subtract fees) November 16th through November 18th
No Refund After November 18th
