About this tournament

18 holes in shotgun start format; 1-round!

We will be using PDGA Live Scoring for event for this PDGA sanctioned XC-tier event (the X for this event means that we're designating this as a fundraising tournament and using modified rules…more fun!)

This is an AM-only, 2-person BYOP doubles event; Advanced divisions (MA2/FA2 and MA40/FA40 and above) will be playing alternate shot. Other divisions (MA3/FA3 and MA50/FA50 and lower) will be playing best shot.

AMs teammates will each receive a $12.50 Discin’ Disciples gift card as player pack for use online at DiscinDisciples.com

AM Merchandise Payout Breakdown (per PDGA CEP Guidelines):
i.e. $55 Gross Entry Fee Per Team
- $3 PDGA Per Team Fee
- $3 Team Fee Match
=$49 Remaining Net Entry
-$12.25 (25% of Remaining Net Entry Fee)
=$35 toward AM Player Pack/Payout ($17.50/player) ($25 Player Pack + $10 Payout) and a $20 Charity Donation to Discin’ Disciples Per AM Team

AM merchandise payout will occur within 48 hours following event; gift cards will be sent within 48 hours following the event for use at DiscinDisciples.com to the player’s registered email address.

This tournament is ran as a fundraiser for the Discin' Disciples ministry and a veteran related charity.

We will have a jumbo CTP with a $40 Discin' Disciples gift card as the prize along with an Ace Pot.

If Ace pot is not hit, funds will be donated to local VFW.

Refund policy

Discin’ Disciples is responsible for all refunds/cancellations/withdrawals.

We follow PDGA withdrawal and refund guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no player pack. This does not apply to waitlist registrants.
