Grit Discs is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Players must contact the Tournament Director directly to officially withdraw from the event.
• On or before February 19: Full refund of entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee.
• February 20 – March 6: Full refund minus $10 only if the player’s spot is filled from the waitlist. If not filled, TD may provide either a 50% refund or the player pack (minus shipping).
• March 7 – March 19: Refund only if the spot is filled from the waitlist. If not filled, TD may provide either a 25% refund or the player pack (minus shipping).
• March 20 or later: No refunds.
