About this tournament

FlightPlan Disc Golf is proud to present the Bash at the Barn 2025 at Clauder's Bogey Barn near Paola, KS. Come enjoy two rounds at this beautiful private course!

Lunch will be available for purchase onsite from Chef Carter!

All Amateurs will receive a voucher for merchandise as player's package. Choose from 100's of items including discs, bags, clothing, accessories and more!

All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from FlightPlan Disc Golf and will be available onsite the day of the event. All FlightPlan credits/payouts are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issuance.

All Pro Payouts will be done via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).

In-person players meeting at 8:55 am.

Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event by 6pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes prior to tee off to confirm there has been no changes.

There will be a bathroom available onsite!

Refund policy

FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Any cancellations prior to June 9 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $10.00 Handling Fee, the DG Scene fee, and any sponsorship items, if applicable.

Players who request to withdraw from the event between June 9 and June 12 will receive 75% of their entry fee back, minus the DG Scene fee and will forfeit their players package, if applicable.

Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after June 13 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable.

All refund requests must be through DG Scene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.
