This 1 and a half round tournament that kicks off the Backcountry Games, which are a a series of events that include the water haul, stone lift, fish toss, keg toss and tug-o-war.
The disc golf tournament is scheduled so that players can throw a fun 2 day tournament while still having time to enjoy the weekend. Round one is a 3pm shotgun start on Saturday playing the normal layout. Round two is a 10am staggered start on Sunday playing a safari 9 that includes 4 par fours and 2 par fives. There will be at least 12 CTP prizes open to the field while all Added cash goes to the MPO and FPO divisions.
The Backcountry Games continue on Sunday with the Kid's division at 1:00, and adults at 3:30pm. Sunday events are hosted by the Southeast Alaska State Fair, more info at seakfair.org/backcountry-games/
