Back to the Roots II: The Revival is an unsanctioned fundraiser event held at Roots Disc Golf Course in Rose Park, Utah.
Registration Fees:
-Open Divisions: $40
-Amateur Divisions: $20
Players Pack:
There will be no players pack included with the registration fee; however, players will have the option to purchase tournament stamped Innova discs and performance tournament shirts (tees for men, tanks for women). All shirt order must be placed by Oct 4th to ensure availability.
Prizes:
-Amateurs will compete for 1st place trophy in each division (Donated by the wonderful Mike @ Creative Laser Works).
-Open divisions will have cash payouts.

-1 day
-2 rounds
-Singles Format
-Standard PDGA rules apply
Registration will be refundable until Oct 13th. Purchases of discs, shirts and/or raffle tickets are non-refundable.
*We will be raffling off some great prizes, so register for discounted raffle tickets or bring cash with you to the event. All proceeds will go toward the Roots Fundraiser for course improvements
