About this tournament
Pre-registration required.
- Rain date is Saturday, Aug. 30 with a shotgun start at 5:30 p.m.
- Pre-tournament email will be sent to registered players the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 27
- Players can use any PDGA-compliant discs.
Incentive to enter
- Players will get to choose their player pack discs in order of registration.
Layout
- Long tees to red baskets
- Modifications on the layout will be made on an as-needed basis if a hole (or holes) are not in playable condition
Entry fees
- Special disount to members of the Miners Disc Golf Club
- $46 for the general public
- $41 for current Allegany County Disc Golf Club members
- If players sign up as an ACDGC member but, in fact, are not current members in good standing, that player will be required to pay the additional $5 before picking up their player's pack
- ACDGC membership included for those who are not yet club members
Divisions
- Ratings-based color-coded divisions
- Will be separated into Male, Female and Youth (in each) on event day
- If you don't see a division you want, please email [email redacted] or post in the "comments" section here on DGS (faster response by email, though)
- PDGA membership not required
- If a player does not have a PDGA rating at time of sign up, the TD will assist the player in selecting a division.
CTPs

Tiebreakers
- Tiebreaker will be required for 1st place in each division (no ties)
- Tiebreaker will be "sudden death" format
- Hole 2, then hole 18 in succession up to three "loops" until there is a winner
- If no winner after three "loops," there will be a CTP throw-off to decide winner
Size of the field
- Initially will be limited to 24 players (based on MVP's requirements to purchase player packs)
- Then can open up in increments of 12 (if sufficient interest)
Rules
- PDGA rules apply, though this is a non-sanctioned event.
- Players can use any PDGA-approved disc they wish during this event.
Scoring
- uDisc will be the primary scoring method for this event.
- All players must have at least the free level of uDisc account
- Each player must ensure that their true and correct name shows as the display name
Donations
- Please consider bringing new, unopened items for school (paper, pencils, folders, scissors, rulers, erasers, glue, etc.) that will be delivered to a school group in Washington County.

Refund policy
No refunds, as this is a fundraiser. Players can facilitate transfers (at player's expense/agreement) with another player. The event will not charge either play a "transfer fee."
