$40 entry fee for all divisions
HARD CAP OF 100 COMPETITORS FOR NOW. IF DEMAND IS GREATER, I HAVE IDEAS.
The venue for this event is the future home of Emerald Greens Golf Course, see attached aerial image. The Golf Course is currently under construction with no grass planted, which means we have free-reign on the property except for some construction areas. The course will showcase a 4-leaf clover island green as well as elevated tee pad with elevation changes of around 150 ft from tee to green. Truly this will be a spectacular course to play.
The owner of the property will allow us to park on site and bring in BBQ’s and other such lunch items. LDGC will be cooking up smokies and hamburgers for sale with 100% of proceeds going to the BC OPEN FUND. So, bring a lunch or don’t bring a lunch, we will have you covered.
Alcohol is not permitted on-site.
$20 from each entry will be removed from the prize pool as the “fundraising†component of this event. We will have CASH PRIZES for all divisions and pay to the top 25% of finishers in each division. In order for this to work, minimum 4 competitors per division. If a division does not have 4 competitors 2 weeks prior to the event, we will assign you a new division or allow you to cancel with a refund.
REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE UNLESS THERE IS A WAITING LIST.
